Self-Doubt is a no-brainer. It happens. It will show up. It’s how you treat self-doubt as an entrepreneur that will separate you from the rest!
My point of view is to deal with self-doubt proactively. Anticipate it. Have systems. Be Pro-active. Know the warning signs that it’s creeping into your mindscape.
And, strategically, what if you thought of Self-Doubt as a person?
Think of Debbie Downer from Saturday Night Live. Every time she came into the room you knew things were going down-hill!
What if you looked at self-doubt like Debbie Downer? What if you were able to anticipate her moves, get proactive about your boundaries and the time you spend with her and ultimately avoid getting dragged down the path of negativity.
Celebrating and surviving the ups and downs of entrepreneurship comes with developing your go-to-systems.
Often, it’s a battle against yourself. YOU are your biggest obstacle.
Does that make sense? Are you feeling me?
So, I’ve learned to make friends with self-doubt. To acknowledge “her”, to anticipate her moves and how to deal with her proactively. Please let me explain – watch this video for my 16 go-to strategies for dealing with and making friends with, self-doubt.
